Donna Amos ( DonnaAmos ), group Administrator, PresidentI am a mom of three sons 19, 23 and 25. Married to the same man for 26 years. I have spent the last 22 years supporting small business owners while they grow incredible businesses. I am a passionate, posiitive believer in the untapped potential of individuals. My joy comes from helping others discover their potential and strategize their next step.

In the early-80’s, I began my first business helping small business owners who were struggling create a working budget. I quickly realized most of them struggled because they did not have a sales and marketing system in place. My business model changed and I began creating and implementing marketing plans for my clients. We developed the marketing piece and provided the telemarketing services.

In 1994 I obtained my real estate license and began selling and quickly became one of the companies sales leaders. I was promoted into management where I coached sales people one-on-one and delivered sales training workshops. That work made me realize how much pleasure I derive from helping others accelerate their business success.

In 2000 I started my own coaching business to help individuals achieve new levels of performance. I use proven, practical techniques to leverage my clients’ strengths.

My professional certifications include individual and organizational coaching from the International Coaching Academy and Integrity Coaching, as well as extensive training in business management, sales and marketing.

Nancy Lawler ( WordWiz ), group Co-AdministratorWith uncanny right-brain/left-brain balance, I am an award-winning word wizard and design diva. Let me write marketing copy that truly sells your product or service with my right hand, design an eye-catching, brochure or newsletter with my left hand, and mix up a bowl of cookies with my left foot, all while talking on the phone to a new client. I've been running the one-girl show known as Real Life Communications in the Cincinnati market for 5 years. I am married and have too many pets. My favorite color is yes, and I wear a size seven shoe. Not many people know I used to do voiceover work for a cable TV network in Massachusetts, spent a summer filleting fish in Northern California, handled wild animals on a TV talk show in Texas, and trained ex-racehorses to become show jumpers. But enough about me--what can I do for you? Let's talk!

Donna L. Johnson ( DonnaInspires - Full Access ), group Content CommitteeMy mission statement is simple, yet profound: to globally represent what the everyday woman can overcome and become when you begin to love yourself, define your passion, and serve others.

You could never accuse me of not living up to my mission. I'm a mom, sister, daughter, friend, speaker, and coach who’s taking my experiences – both good and bad – and helping others beat the odds and achieve success.

I'm an entrepreneur, proven manager, and leader. I combine my business savvy and real-life experiences with energy and wit to deliver memorable presentations and I've excelled in crafting my own purposeful and engaging approach to personal and professional development. Having climbed the ladder of success from file clerk to businesswoman, I know all about putting in a hard day’s work, the self-discipline that’s required, and the rewards that come along with it.

I was a featured guest on CNBC’s The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch and would love to share my expertise with you!

Stacy Brice ( StacyBrice - Full Access ), group Content CommitteeI've been working for myself since 1992, when I was fired from a job by a crazy woman. It was the straw that broke the camel's back, and 16 years later, I'm quite proud to say that I'm utterly unemployable. :)

In 1997 I had the idea to create a new profession, called Virtual Assistance. My company, AssistU.com, was the first organization for Virtual Assistants, and we remain the only organization training, coaching, supporting, certifying, and referring the best in the world.

My professional brilliance is in envisioning what doesn’t exist and helping bring it into being, and supporting business owners in the creation of strong foundations for their lives and businesses. High standards rule the day for me, and I know that too few solopreneurs have those standards—or strong foundations. I’m here to help you be more successful by firming up the wobbly floor you probably walk on daily.

On a personal note, I'm complicated and complex. I am a born communicator. I think too much, and cry too deeply. I want to run free and be contained at the same time. I love to laugh, write, and teach. I crave intensity.

Transparency is one of my highest values. I am passionate about community. I never settle. The easiest way to learn about me is to say hello. Please don't hesitate to ask if there's something I can do for you. I'm here to help, learn and grow--just like you are. We all are always becoming more... us. :)

Dawn Goldberg ( DawnGoldberg - Full Access ), group Content CommitteeI'm all about words and communicating. Words are not only how I process the world but also how I make my living. I make stories. I hear stories. I help others tell their stories.

Words are powerful, even magical. My biggest joy comes from helping people see and harness that power to make their lives or businesses more meaningful and effective.

It all started with an idea (and, of course, I have to tell a story). I had been helping clients in my virtual assistance practice present themselves and their businesses successfully to the world. I wrote, edited, tested, and proofread thousands of words, from emails to marketing campaigns. As I saw people struggle with writing at all levels, that spontaneous idea turned into "Wouldn't it be wonderful if I could help people overcome their problems in writing, as well as lack of confidence, in order to become stronger writers?"

I decided it would be wonderful. And so Write Well U was born.

In 2006, the first Writing Essentials Program was delivered, and another full class soon followed. By and by, we created additional programs and services to help individuals improve their writing skills. With programs, coaching, and Writing Circles, Write Well U clients are supported in every facet of writing, including basic grammar and mechanics, style, and the accountability that keeps them writing.

I find on a daily basis how much I love connecting with people and helping them communicate better. Please let me know how I can help you.

Pamela Cournoyer ( PamelaCournoyer - Full Access ), group Content CommitteeYou would think that someone with so much fire and passion for life would be in the middle of conflict, rather than helping you to manage it!

Pamela affectionately refers to herself as the “Queen of Conflict!” She’s not a natural peacemaker; she’s had to learn the fine art of ‘conflict management’ the hard way. Being an honor student of life’s lessons & challenges, her experiences taught Pamela how to be highly effective in working with groups who are not the happiest campers in the world. Her understanding and grasp of the natural nuances of discord in the workplace, coupled with her extensive background as a Professional Trainer, Coach and Facilitator, are the perfect combination.

As a holder of five national Master Trainer-of-Trainer certifications, Pamela dazzles onstage -her presentation style is dynamic and engaging, while her honesty strikes to your very core. Yet, she brings humor to her presentations, softening even the most edgy of moments and her warmth is genuine, her trust building capabilities - stunning. She intuitively and playfully surfaces obvious frustrations but will also have you laughing at her awkwardness and eventually at your own, with vows to move beyond and improve even the toughest ‘cookies’ in the room.
